Financial Aid
At Great Rock Christian Academy, we desire to make Christ-centered education accessible to families whenever possible. GRCA offers both needs-based scholarships and tuition discounts to support qualifying families.
Needs-Based Scholarships
GRCA offers income-based financial assistance through a secure third-party system called FACTS. Eligibility is determined through FACTS based primarily on household income and a review of submitted tax documentation.
How to Apply
Applications are completed online through FACTS. There is a $45 per family application fee. Families must submit the previous year's tax documents for consideration. For example, families applying for the 2026–2027 school year must submit their 2025 tax return.
Important Dates
The financial aid application deadline is April 1. Please keep this timeline in mind as you plan to file your taxes. The application process is formal and requires completed tax documentation.
Please note: Families receiving needs-based scholarships are not eligible for the church member or sibling discounts.
Tuition Discounts
Church Member Discount: $1,000 Annual
GRCA offers a $1,000 annual tuition discount for qualifying church members. To qualify, families must serve at least once per month, attend at least three services per month, and check in at the registration desk (Kids Ministry check-in area).
Service Times
Please note: Attending both Sunday services on the same day counts as one attendance, not two. The Church Member Discount does not apply to families who are receiving needs-based scholarships.
Sibling Discounts: 10% Off for Additional Children
Families with multiple students enrolled at GRCA receive a 10% tuition discount for the youngest sibling(s). The oldest child pays full tuition. There is no limit to the number of siblings who may receive the discount. Families receiving needs-based financial aid are not eligible for the sibling discount.
